We don’t sell off a lot. Every food truck and food trailer is designed and fabricated in our Jacksonville, Florida shop around one owner’s menu, equipment and brand.

Design and fabrication happen under one roof. We start with your layout and equipment list, supply CAD drawings for your plan review, and build the plumbing, power, cabinetry and finishes around them.
Trailers take 16 to 20 weeks from your construction date. Vintage step vans take 4 to 6 months, because the vehicle work comes first. To start your project it’s 50% down.

Are your food trucks built to order?
Yes. Every truck and trailer is made to order in our Jacksonville, Florida shop.
Do you make drawings for plan review?
Yes. We supply CAD drawings and equipment specifications for your health department plan review.
What comes in a base trailer?
A custom powder-coated frame, electric brakes, a full plumbing package, 30 amp electrical, lighting, cabinetry, butcher block counters and a large service window.
Can you build on a vehicle I already own?
Often, yes. An accurate quote depends on an in-person inspection, because the vehicle’s condition drives the cost.
Do you ship?
Yes, nationwide. Shipping is quoted separately from the build.
