FAQ

Mobile bar questions

Ask us directly →

How much does a mobile bar trailer cost?
Our 14-foot bar trailer starts at $46,000 and the 17-foot at $48,000. Most clients invest $55k–$65k for a fully equipped, turnkey bar trailer.
Does a bar trailer need a health inspection?
Usually not. Most mobile bars never go through a health inspection. Every bar model still comes with a hand sink, three-compartment sink, water heater and fresh and waste tanks included.
Do I need the California upgrade?
Only for public service in California. It adds an upgraded self-closing concession window and air curtain. It is not needed for private event service.
Can I customize beyond the models you offer?
Yes. Custom projects start with a research and development deposit through our Custom Studio, which is applied to your project when you reserve.
How do I maintain a bar trailer through event season?
Do maintenance twice a year: seal countertops and wood when they look dry, check fittings and plumbing connections, clean draft lines after each use and replace them once a season, touch up exterior sealant and scratches, and winterize when not in use.
How long does a bar trailer take?
Lead time for trailers is 16 to 20 weeks.
