Custom Food Trucks, Mobile Bars & Amenity Trailers for Golf Clubs
Bring the club experience out onto the course.
A drink at the turn. Lunch beside the fairway. A pro shop with a character all its own.
The Hudson Trailer Company creates custom food trucks, beverage trailers and amenity spaces for golf courses, country clubs and private communities. Each build brings your property’s identity into the places where members gather.
From a single service point to a coordinated collection, we combine distinctive design with the practical needs of your operation.

Extend your hospitality beyond the clubhouse.
Create a convenient place for members to order, browse or take a break without leaving the setting they came to enjoy.
Your menu, staffing, intended location and service model guide the layout. Equipment, storage, power, water and transport needs are considered alongside the appearance of the finished build.

Atlantic Fields
Discovery Land Company · Hobe Sound, Florida
Three vintage trailers became three complementary amenities: a 1957 Airstream bar, a 1948 Spartan golf pro shop and a 1952 Spartanette restroom trailer.
The collection shows how separate functions can share a considered design direction while giving each space its own identity.

A 1949 Chevrolet Loadmaster became a custom golf-course food truck. The Hudson Trailer Company extended the chassis and built a commercial kitchen body behind the vintage cab, combining a recognizable exterior with a dedicated food service workspace.

Luling, Texas
A three-horse trailer became a food service station for a private golf club. A large serving opening, wood counters, shiplap finishes and an American Tin ceiling give the conversion a welcoming character.

A custom teardrop mobile bar brought together a pull-out service area, an ice station and built-in refrigeration in a compact format.
These projects offer different approaches to the same goal: making service feel like part of the property.
Designed for the way your team serves.
A successful club amenity needs to work for the people operating it as well as the members using it.
We plan around your equipment, preparation needs, stock storage and service access. For mobile units, we also discuss how the build will be moved and positioned. For a dedicated location, utility access and the surrounding site become part of the conversation.
The result is a workspace shaped around your operation, with finishes that complement the club.
A coordinated collection, or one standout addition.
You may need one beverage trailer for tournaments, a food truck for regular course service or several amenities for a new destination within the property.
The Hudson Trailer Company can develop a shared design direction across different platforms. Colors, materials and details can connect the builds while allowing each one to serve a different purpose.
Atlantic Fields’ bar, pro shop and restroom trailer demonstrate how that approach can bring a collection together.
Comfort belongs in the experience, too.
Restroom facilities deserve the same attention as food and beverage service.
At Atlantic Fields, The Hudson Trailer Company converted a 1952 Spartanette into a climate-controlled restroom trailer with separate men’s, women’s and accessible facilities.
For a new project, we discuss the intended use, site connections, layout and applicable accessibility requirements as part of development.

Investment and timing.
Club projects typically range from $75,000–$300,000, depending on the platform, size, equipment and finishes. A coordinated collection is scoped and priced around the individual builds involved.
Most projects take 4–8 months, with timing dependent on complexity, equipment availability and our production schedule.
We handle design, fabrication and equipment installation, and remain available for questions after delivery.
A 50% deposit starts the build, with the full payment schedule outlined in your proposal.
