We built Lolly Jolly Waffles a custom trailer to take their Massachusetts waffle business on the road. With a bright turquoise exterior, warm wood-grain accents and an inviting serving window, the finished trailer gives the brand a place to cook, serve and connect with customers.

A kitchen built around waffles.
Every food business has its own equipment needs. For Lolly Jolly, we planned the layout around waffle-making equipment, refrigeration and the electrical capacity needed to support the menu.
Working through those details led us to a 16-foot trailer with a 13-foot box, giving the business the space its equipment required. The kitchen and utilities were planned together, so the finished trailer could support the operation inside.

Color and character at the serving window.
Turquoise and wood grain give the exterior a cheerful, familiar feel. Lantern-style sconces frame the serving window, while a fold-down customer shelf provides a place to pause, collect an order and enjoy the experience.
The design carries the charm of a vintage camper, with a custom food-service workspace behind the window. It’s a mobile home for the Lolly Jolly brand—and a welcoming place to order waffles.
