Courtney planned to bake off site and use the trailer for display and service at weddings, showers and other celebrations. That shaped the build around a dedicated bakery cabinet, counter space and shelving, giving her room to arrange desserts beautifully and keep service organized. An oven added the option to warm treats on site—including the chocolate chip cookies she specifically had in mind.

Goldie’s character comes from the details. Whitewashed counters and interior window trim sit alongside warm stained cabinetry. White scalloped shelves, decorative wallpaper and a floral ceiling bring the feel of a neighborhood bakery into the trailer. Brass hardware and exterior sconces complete the look, while refrigeration, air conditioning and a sink support the work behind the window.

The finished trailer gives The Pocket Bakery a recognizable presence at an event, with space to serve its menu and create a dessert experience guests can gather around. Every part of the build—from the bakery display to the finishes—was developed around Courtney’s business and the celebrations she wanted to serve.
