For Marigold Mobile Bar & Catering Co. in Kentucky, The Hudson Trailer Company built three distinct mobile bars: a polished Airstream, a compact Tiny Tap trailer and an electric eTap.

Each brought a different format to the business, with design details that connected the fleet.

A vintage Airstream with a lounge feel

Marigold’s Airstream was designed to invite people in. Behind the polished aluminum exterior, custom counters, cabinetry and upholstered bench seating created a space where guests could settle in with a drink.

The layout balanced that atmosphere with the practical needs of beverage service. The draft area was raised to accommodate tall kegs, while the other counters sat at the service-window height, with storage beneath. A detachable exterior counter extended the serving space outside.

Light wood finishes and soft upholstery gave the interior the warmth of a small lounge, carried inside the unmistakable curves of a vintage Airstream.

A smaller bar with its own personality

Marigold also purchased a Tiny Tap trailer—a compact mobile bar with a pink exterior, decorative lighting and a built-in draft system. It offered another way to bring the brand to an event without the footprint of the full Airstream.

The electric eTap added a third format. Its Pickled Oak finish echoed the Airstream’s woodwork, connecting the vehicles while giving each its own identity.

Build around the business you want to grow

Marigold’s three builds show how a mobile bar business can take more than one shape. A full Airstream lounge, a small tap trailer and an electric bar vehicle offer different possibilities for the setting, space and experience a client has in mind.

The Hudson Trailer Company designs and builds custom mobile bar trailers, Airstream bar conversions and electric tap vehicles around those decisions—from the guest-facing finishes to the working layout behind the counter.
