THE HUDSON TRAILER COMPANY
Experiential Activations & Brand Pop-ups
Builds That Make the Brand the Experience
An activation lives or dies on the details. The vehicle is not a backdrop, it is the campaign: the thing guests photograph, share, and remember. When the brand is national and the timeline is unforgiving, you need a build partner who understands that the fabrication has to be flawless and the deadline is the deadline.

Hudson Trailer Company builds custom trailers, carts, and vehicles for experiential marketing agencies and brands running activations, tours, and pop-up campaigns. We translate a creative brief into a functional, on-brand, road-ready build: bar service, product display, sampling stations, and the finish details that make a vehicle feel like an extension of the brand rather than a rental with a logo slapped on.

Our activation work speaks to the range. We built a custom trailer for the Longbranch campaign and a dedicated build for Amaro Montenegro. For Johnnie Walker, we converted three vintage Citroëns into striking brand vehicles, the kind of head-turning, photograph-first builds that anchor an experiential program. Across more than 200 builds, we have learned how to work to an agency's standards, timeline, and brand guidelines without compromise.

Activation builds range widely depending on scope, quantity, and turnaround, so the best place to start is a conversation about your brief and your dates. Bring us the concept and the deadline, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

If you are an experiential agency or brand marketer planning a tour, launch, or pop-up, we would love to see the brief.

Suzanne and her team over at HTC are absolute pros. If you are looking around at different vendors for a custom project - you can stop searching. This is the place. We worked with Suzanne on a project that is turned out perfect. Suzanne's attention to detail and clear communication make the process a true joy.
