Limited Warranty

 

Company warrants that the Build—excluding Design Elements (as defined in the contract), shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials, limited to structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, and core safety features as specifically installed by Company, for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of pick-up or delivery.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic variations or imperfections inherent to handcrafted builds

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper operation, or transport

• Failures caused by lack of routine maintenance as outlined in the Company’s care instructions

• Natural shifting or settling of components due to use, movement, or climate conditions

 

All appliances installed by Company are warrantied under the policies provided by their respective manufacturers. It is the Client’s responsibility to register these appliances with the manufacturer, if required, upon receipt of the Build.
