Limited Warranty

 

Company warrants that the structural framework, electrical system, plumbing system, and permanently installed safety components fabricated and installed by Company (the “Build”), excluding Design Elements (as defined in the Agreement), shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of pick-up or delivery, whichever occurs first.

A material defect means a failure of a covered component to perform its intended structural or functional purpose due solely to improper fabrication by Company and does not include cosmetic concerns, adjustments, maintenance items, or performance preferences.

Company’s sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited, at Company’s option, to repair or replacement of the defective covered component. This remedy is the Client’s exclusive remedy. Company is not responsible for transportation to or from Company, removal of installed equipment, loss of business, loss of use, event cancellation, lodging, labor by others, or any consequential expenses.

This limited warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic variations, handmade irregularities, or finish changes inherent to handcrafted builds

Routine adjustments including tightening, resealing, or maintenance

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper operation, overloading, improper cleaning, weather exposure, storage conditions, or towing conditions

Damage resulting from vibration, movement, expansion, contraction, shifting, or settling of components due to mobile use or climate conditions

Damage occurring during third-party possession, loading, unloading, or transport

Failures caused by lack of routine maintenance as outlined in the Company’s care instructions

Augmentations, alterations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Company

Any component not installed by Company

All appliances and equipment, whether supplied by Company or Client, are warrantied solely under the policies provided by their respective manufacturers. Company provides no warranty for such items. It is the Client’s responsibility to register appliances with the manufacturer upon receipt of the Build and to pursue all manufacturer warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
